Hello, I am realitivly new to D&D and had a question about a Custom Class I found. I wasn't sure if this class is complete/playable and didn't know what to look for to determine if it was.

Here is the class's link : http://www.dandwiki.com/wiki/Lioneer_(4e_Class)

and a link to his powers: http://www.dandwiki.com/wiki/Lioneer_Powers_(4e_Power_List)

I really would like to play this class so if someone could take a look and make sure it is complete that would be greatly appreciated.

It is not complete. Only has powers to level 13, some levels before that only have one or two powers, no Paragon Paths, only two Feats. Looks like a work in progress.

For something official that does some of the same stuff, I suggest looking at the Berserker (published in Heroes of the Feywild) for a Primal warrior that switches from Defender to Striker, and has a lot more power options. Char Op ranks the Berserker pretty low on lists of both Defender and Striker, but if you aren't overly concerned with optimization, Berkserker makes a fine second Defender, especially if your DM will allow you to use the Rage riders and Berserker Fury riders interchangably.
