my warlock has the feat 'White Lotus Riposte' his 'At-Will' "Dire Radiance" has an attack modifier of +29 (because of a magic wand and some other feats).

when it says "it takes damage equal to that power's ability modifier" is it saying the +29?, or is is saying the Constitution modifier +10?

thanks for your help guys, i would like to think it is the +29 (it seems like too much, and i am a power player)    

It take damage equal to your Charisma or Constitution modifier.
