Dias Ex Machina to release APEX, Ultramodern4 superhero "DLC".DEM, publishers of Amethyst and Ultramodern4 will be releasing a supplement for its popular Ultramodern4 4th Edition ruleset. Apex introduces mechanics for superheroes and paranormal abilities in urban and science fiction settings. Apex is inspired by modern superhero tales—where enhanced humans hide from forces wishing their eradication. Readers will find similar philosophical similarities between Apex and Amethyst, as both are constructed from similar DNA. Expect Apex's release sometime in the spring.Also recently announced is that if DiasExMachina's FB page reaches 150 likes, then anyone that has the POD or PDF of Ultramodern4 (not the OGL) will get Apex for free.
