Switch to Forum Live View DDI Subscription Turnaround

I have tried subscribing the D&D Insider twice now and I've gotten to the invoice page but after that, nothing. I get no email, I have no charge on my credit card, and I can't access DDI tools. Is there just a bizarrely long turnaround or what is happening?
