So, the level 12 paragon ability is a stance that reads as follows:
Effect: Until the stance ends, you take a -2 penalty to attack rolls but your weapon attacks deal an extra 1d12 cold, fire, or lightning damage (your choice).

How would this combine with Dual Lightning Strike (Swordmage level 3)? What about Seed of Fire(Swordmage level 13)?

Specifically, do the secondary attacks gain +1d12 damage?

Yes, since secondary attacks have the same keywords unless noted otherwise, and thus are weapon attacks.

RC 96 Secondary Attacks: If a secondary attack has keywords that differ from those of the primary attack, its keywords are noted in parentheses. Otherwise the secondary attack has the same keywords.
