Ok so this is a character I started at level 11 for LFR. I played with some friends and got to 12. I am debating between 2 feats. Cursed Shadow and two fold curse. I am thinking about two fold curse because when I get to go, the nearest enemy might not be in charge range, so I can curse another. I know Spoiler:

Twofold Pact for Sorcerer King Pact. Retrain Powerful Charge for Mindbite Scorn. And actually, given the generous LFR retrain rules, I'd go ahead and drop the WLR feat line to pick up Twofold Curse and that one feat that turns your Curse damage into D8s.

Killing curse (which I already have) is the one that does the d8s.
EDIT: I like the mindbite scorn. I could change my pact, I am not set on infernal. Why do you recommend losing the WLR feats?

Because dead enemies don't hit back. I mean, realistically, if you're aiming to be a two-round striker (which a pimped out charger tends to be), then WLR applies far too inconsistently, assuming the guy you hit bothers to attack you at all.
Also, look into Ethereal Sidestep as your U10. That and any combination of a rubicant blade/mithrendain steel/incisive dagger will make sure you're never at a loss for charge distance.
