What Is This?


The Mia build, but a werewolf optimized for winning the DPR kings thread rather than any sense of practicality. Essentially, it ignores even a token commitment to defenses, takes the already loophole-intensive frame, and indulges in the most favorable rulings possible. Except claw gloves adding a damage roll to static damage. That still doesn't work.

Why Are You Doing This To Us?


I'm an insomniac with a borderline-obsessive hatred for Illeist's stupid monk build that doesn't even work, and like finding new ways to beat it. My last DPR King build accomplished this by exploiting the overly generous formula for AoE damage and overreliance on at-will DPR. This one just smashes it with single-target damage.

What does that number mean on Turn 1? DWA should have no relevance on T1 if the attack used is Raging Tempest. Unless you mean to trigger it off of Fox's Cunning? I'm still not getting how 2.94 is generated though.

It looks small enough to be the crit with Harmony that triggers DWA.

Yeah, Mengu's got it. That's the semi-rare but not entirely numerically insignificant case where Raging Tempest crits, granting an MBA that then hits, granting DWA. If we were doing distribution analysis it would be more interesting, since it actually indicates that approximately 7.5% of combats open with an elite-crushing crit combo.

Wasn't planning on it, no. I have the full build for Mia already statted, and Stefan is basically the same build, if it had a sheer damage focus (as opposed to the elegantly balanced functionality Mia's grown into) and existed in the game of a hypothetical DM who A. follows RAW exactly and B. rules all iffy areas in the player's favor. (...except the claw gloves adding a damage roll, of course, though on reflection I may go change that as well, simply because there are people who claim that's legit.)

you should put links in your signature to your builds.  The last version of Mia that I saw doesn't resemble the one here.  Other than DWA, i think.
