Swordmage Aegis (Hybrid) says "[Y]ou regain the use of [this] power when its target drops to 0 hit points". What happens when I mark more than one target at the same time via Double/Total Aegis? Do I regain the power when the first or the last target

First. Targets are individual things, you cannot have a "target" that includes multiple things. If there are multiple things, then there are multiple targets.
