Hi,
Just trying to clarify something.  HoTFL indicates that you cannot retrain a feature granted by your class.  To me, this reads that you cannot retrain your domain at-will spells.

However, the character builder allows a warpriest to retrain their at-wills.

Does anyone know if the character builder is showing a bug?  or is that the actual rule?

Bug.  You can retrain things you get a choice of; Warpriests don't choose their at-wills, so they can;t retrain them.
