Hi,
Can someone tell me how to change my D&D Insider Subscription Plan? I am currently paying monthly but would like to change to yearly as it offers better value.
I thought the best way to do it would be to deactivate auto-renew of my current subscription and then change the subscription method to the 1 year plan when my current time has expired however I recieve the following message when trying to do so:
Error:We are unable to perform the selected action. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Error Number: SIT_000002
Not really much help there.
Any suggestions?
