Q1: Are we going to specifically see a Warlord class?
Q2: Are feats going to exceed 9th level?
Q3: Any chance of us seeing more exotic races in the PHB, most notably the Dragonborn or Tiefling?
Q4: How is the Sorcerer and Warlock changes coming along?

For wizard: If my business is damage and I want to keep business booming, why would I choose any spell other than Meteor Swarm as a 9th level? Even preparing another spell to a ningth level spell slot will not match the damage done by that spell.
As a player that did not experience a problem with caster vs. melee balance, I'm not liking how many of the spells have been changed for the sake of problems I did not have. "If it ain't broke don't fix it." I don't want to to flip through the spell list and feel like an effect with the same name was more appealing in a previous edition. This seems to be your most challenging issue. How can you address the differing opinions on keeping the abilities consistent with previous editions against what makes them balanced?

Q1: In a previous discussion, you said you were looking for the monk's niche. What have you come up with since then?

1) Are you going to mark (select) in playtest what should be core and what should be optional in final release? There are some rules marked as optional, but I guess not all the rest of them is core, or is it? It would be very helpful to clearly select what is and what is not supposed to be core and optional.
2) Are you considering to change counting of AC? I mean to have it just as Dexterity, and AC of Armor and shields would be subtracted from damage.

How are you planning on communicating that the current design decisions take into account the interests, focuses, and expectations of 4e fans hoping to recognize their style of play in Next?

The sorcerer and warlock were only included in a single packet. Can you provide us with any sneakpeak information about what kind of changes they may receive? Or when we might expect them to be rereleased?

Q1: When can we expect more races/classes? And which, if any, of those are currently in development?
Q2: What are the current plans to get rid of caster dominance at high-level play?
Q3: Are there plans to make a simpler fighter and/or a simpler wizard?
