Re: Pretty knight dude:

The rough draft I'm looking at is Human(Or another humanoid race, but I like Human) Warblade 2/Stoneblessed 3/Goliath Barbarian 1/Warblade +2/Bear Warrior 10/Warblade +2.

Basically, you're a knight dude who can get angry and go all bruce banner at low levels, and at higher levels he can turn into a Huge bear of doomy doominess.

Now, with all honesty, I suggest a lance as your main weapon for two reasons; One, if properly done, you can make it totally fruity, and two, if you plan on just dropping it and pulling out the CWA bear-handed(sorry, couldn't resist), lance has other uses.

Note that, if you don't like bear warrior, I suggest either Frenzied Berserker or Warblade for those ten levels, although a dip of crusader never hurt anyone. Well, actually it hurt a lot of people, but never the person who took it.

I'd want the DM's confirmation on directly combining mountain rage with bear form; a transformation like bear form won't generally stack sizes with a previous transformation (polymorphing into a Large bear will simply replace your former size).  Even if the DM says they won't combine, mountain rage is still useful for when you don't want to be a bear, or if you have more rages than bear uses.

Depending on whether you really need three bear form uses per day, I'd also consider the value of switching the last five levels of bear warrior for more warblade.  The dire bear is only a small upgrade over the brown bear, and five levels is a lot to pay when you could be having more warblade.

Zauber's Mutable Rod: This rod has a number of useful functions that make it easier to live in the wilderness.  It is made of polished wood, with five studlike buttons on one end.  Each button produces a different effect when pressed.  Unless otherwise noted, the rod’s functions have no limit on the number of times they can be employed.
When button 1 is pressed, one end of the rod produces a small flame, equivalent to a candle.
When button 2 is pressed, the rod unfolds into a two-person tent, complete with bedrolls and warm blankets.
When button 3 is pressed, the rod becomes a one-handed hammer, suitable for pounding pitons into a wall.
When button 4 is pressed, the rod becomes a sturdy iron spade.
When button 5 is pressed, the rod becomes a wooden bucket able to hold 2 gallons of liquid.  Once per day, it can be commanded to fill with fresh water.
If the rod is seriously damaged or broken in any of its alternate forms (button 2, 3, 4, or 5), it reverts to its basic rod form and cannot be activated for 24 hours.
Moderate conjuration; CL 9th; Craft Rod, minor creation; Price 375 gp; Weight 2 lb.

I'm AFB at the moment, but as I recall Mountain Rage doesn't actually increase your size the way you'd expect: it converts Powerful Build into an actual Large size while you're raging. It may have some odd text about replacing Powerful Build while raging; if you don't have Powerful Build to replace, I'm not sure you actually can do the substitution. (I'd be surprised if it didn't work, though.)

That said, I'd like to add one thing to Slagger's Warblade suggestion: The Bear Warrior does not actually grant uses of bear form per day. (Check the errata: Bear Form is automatic every time you rage or frenzy, and is keyed to daily uses of those abilities rather than its own stock of daily uses). If you need more, you can always take Extra Rage.

(Minor side note: Hearing CJ mention Bruce Banner reminds me that I've been toying around for a while (completely unseriously, but still) with the idea of using Stoneblessed + Goliath Barbarian and/or Bear Warrior as a springboard to get unexpected things into War Hulk, with the size reduction afterwards "turning off" the war hulk's abilities (in particular, No Time To Think: in true Banner style, you can still be a trained scientist despite having a class feature that effectively reduces all your mental skill ranks to 0). It's not a very good class, but it's also one of the simplest ways I've found to actually pull off a massive personality change while shapeshifting and expressing that mechanically (Lycanthropy tries something similar with alignment mechanics but is more permanent). I doubt this would ever be useful except as an NPC surprise or in a gestalt game, and there are better options for both of those, but still.)
Cancer prognosis: I am now cancer-free.

I admit, I forgot the errata (thanks for reminding us, Tempest), which makes bear warrior 6+ significantly less valuable than before.
