Does the effect on flame spiral (the 1d6 against enemies entering a square) get any bonuses to it? Or is it straight up 1d6? Need to know to know if I should grab this power.

Flame Spiral is considered by most to be the best Sorcerer power you will ever get. Take it.

Yes! No. You should grab this power.
Are you saying yes to the first question, no the second question, and that he should take the power?

The effect gets full bonus damage, every time it triggers. It is a ridiculous power, take it and never replace it.

Yes.
I'm just curious, where in the rules does it state this, I've been searching the compendium to no avail.

Full bonus may be confusing as it gets all bonus damage effects when you roll dice. And get a Power Jewel.

Does it have the Arcane keyword and Is it a damage roll? Then you get boosts to things that boost arcane damage rolls. A sorcerer's class feature comes to mind. (See below)
Does it have the implement keyword and is a damage roll? Then you get boosts to things that boost implement damage rolls. Your implement's enhancement bonus comes to mind.
There's nothing that says "it gets all boosts you can think of", because it won't. If you have some PP feature that boosts weapon damage rolls, you won't get that bonus even if you use a weaplement as your implement, because it's not a weapon power. But the ones that do count, count.
Because that's what the rules say. And there's nothing to say they don't here, just because it makes numbers larger.
"Nice assumptions. Completely wrong assumptions, but by jove if being incorrect stopped people from making idiotic statements, we wouldn't have modern internet subculture." Kerrus
Practical gameplay runs by neither RAW or RAI, but rather "A Compromise Between The Gist Of The Rule As I Recall Getting The Impression Of It That One Time I Read It And What Jerry Says He Remembers, Whatever, We'll Look It Up Later If Any Of Us Still Give A Damn." Erachima
