Flavour-wise: D20 Modern system. I hate the rules, but I SO want it to work!

Also, I like to buy the Star Wars SAGA books just for their flavour text. The system is okay, but I'd be too tempted to trick out a Force User.

Crunch: Marvel Heroic. Really cuts through the redtape and gets to the action. I played a game with a guy who ran the Hulk, and played him as Bruce Banner through the whole adventure, and was GREAT!

Also a fan of Gamma World 7ed. If I homebrew a 4.5ed, I'd be cribbing a lot from it.

May I ask why?

4E and Exalted are immensely different beasts.

Marvel Super-Heroes. Great times.

13th Age. There are several things I don't like about it, but if you just give in and enjoy what it is doing then it's fun. Definitely don't want D&DN to head that way though, because I already have 13th Age. I can see myself switching between the two depending on the kind of campaign I want.
What I think the Wilder Design Goals should be.
Psionic Homebrew Mk2! Changed core, Focus Points, Psionic Potentials, stuff! Very basic core stuff. :P

Homebrew Psionics blog posts archive:
Spoiler: Show

UPDATED Dec/18/2012: BAMN! Random update with a modest amount of hard rules for Animal Affinity, Telepathy, and Telekinesis. ADDED: Discipline Burn and more "soft" ideas.
Dec/13/2012: Small Psionics Homebrew Update, now that I'm done with Finals.

Really old.
Nov/02/2012:
I'm working on a homebrew Wilder, and so a homebrew Psionics system. Here's a 3 part post with info on where I am in the design process.
Part 1, Hard rules/example soulknife discipline: Link.
Part 2, Basic ideas/goals on basic numbers and classes: Link.
Part 3, Direction/ideas I want to take with specific disciplines: Link.

Ever consider that a lot of GW7 could work for a d20 modern update?

I also enjoy the occasional Burning Wheel game, and would love it if a new, updated edition of The Riddle of Steel were released.

Hackmaster (the new one, 5E/Advanced).

Also Star Wars d20 (the 3.X one).

Thanks to the ideas here I'm thinking of doing a 3.XYZ game with a Spelljammer campaign set in a Dyson sphere that was built using the 4th ed cosmology via conduits to the elemental chaos. I think the sphre may be some sort of capsule for the end of the universe or something like that. Think I'll adapt the Star Wars Saga rules on space ships for Spelljammer.
