Sly Dodge [Multiclass Rogue] Prerequisite: Dex 13, Cha 13 Benefit: You gain training in the Bluff skill or the Intimidate skill.
Once per encounter, when an enemy makes an opportunity attack against you, you can add your Charisma modifier to your AC against that attack.
I've a question about the second part of this feat. You can add your Cha mod to AC, but is this a free action? Can you choose when to use it, or do you have to use it with the first opportunity attack in the encounter? Or can you use it when you need it?

The use of 'can' means that it's a choice, and I presume it would be No Action, since it doesn't specify Immediate/Free. So basically, when somebody targets you with an opportunity attack, you choose whether or not to add your Cha. Until you decide 'yes, apply Cha', you get this option on every AoO.

If it doesn't say that it's an action, it's not an action. You can choose to use it, or not use it, whenever the condition is met (being OA'd).
