Oh, if only we were allowed to discuss politics...

Seriously, guys; stop feeding the troll.

As for Oma's comment on my last post I must agree with you draco.  I should have known better then to try bringing American laws and how they work into talks with someone who doesn't understand English.

I was used your example (D&D RULES=CONSTITUTION), it is supposed that the standard laws falls for all countries only with the variations of each county.

If you are recognizing that D&D rules = Constitution then you are still failing to see the distinction with the FAQ.  The FAQ are laws passed based on the Constitution but they are NOT the same and may be over turned and thrown out completely.  A FAQ answer is based on someone's opinions which may be based on the higher rules but which do not carry the same weight.  Just because a law makes it onto the books that does not make it Constitutional.  Amendments can make actual changes to a Constitution and in some places those are used far too liberally which can lead to bigger long term problems.

the FQA in D&D are referred as the Official Best Suits of Answers about D&D 3.5 GAME RULES

then in your example the FQA is the Official Best Suits of Answers about the Contitution.

This means that if 2 persons have an issue about an article of the constitution and both are in

disagreement about this OFFICIAL ARTICLE OF THE CONSTITUTION the OFFICIAL resolution are in the Official FQA.

AND FOR WIZARD OF THE COAST THE ERRATA IS THE SAME THAT THE FQA IN WEIGHT.

THE ERRATA FOR MINIATURES ARE DESCRIBED AS A FQA.

The Miniatures Handbook is 3.0, with no 3.5 reprint.  Your argument is invalid.  Troll.

Yes, all of the books and the errata say in the front that they are official rules for D&D 3.5. The FAQ never makes this claim

Even if the FAQ were "official" and even if the other rule's discussions were "official" the simple fact remains that the Primary Source Rule is effective in cases where one official rule contradicts another.

In this case if any official rule disagrees with a published rulebook, then the unless it says it in the errata, the Primary Source Rule says that the primary source is correct, in this case the Published Rulebook is the primary source.

It doesn't matter what any "official rule" or "official publication" is used or when it is released. The Primary Source Rule arbitrates which is correct.

The Primary Source for weapon sizes and how they are used is The Players Handbook. If the FAQ contradicts the PHB, then unless it is stated differently in the errata, the Players Handbook is the correct, official rules.
