FAQ are not official rules, but even so this FAQ is refering to a Varient Rule. Varient rules are not core rules.

because the rule in the FQA say that any weapon larger that you that is like the bastard sword never is the less category although you have the feat exotic weapon proficiency to make it one handed (Large size if are a huge bastar sword) in this case a huge Bastar Sword is a huge object and a medium creature never can use a huge object.

Pretty much, yeah. And even qualified people can be wrong. Or have you never heard of a doctor making a diagnostic mistake?
Since you still haven't managed to quite grasp the concept, it bears repeating: THE FAQ IS NOT A RULES UPDATE; IT IS ALSO NOT RULES, EITHER OFFICIAL OR UNOFFICIAL. It is another resource for people to use, just as the boards themselves are. And your insistence on being wrong screws that up for everyone. Thanks.

Oma, yes there can be typos in the rules, that's only natural when you have several different people working on over 80+ books between four or so game settings. The core rules themselves however come from the players handbook, dungeon masters guide, and monster manual 1. If there is a clear mistake in a book the next source you look for is errata (see spoiler). Spoiler:

errata -noun.
1. plural of erratum.
2. a list of errors and their corrections inserted, usually on a separate page or slip of paper, in a book or other publication; corrigenda. Many 3.5 books have printing errors in them that have no corresponding errata because WOTC stopped support for 3.5. Anything outside of the core books and errata is simply just unofficial player support. A good example is I believe somewhere in the FAQ that is states a dragon can reproduce with a warforged due to the dragons magical nature. Now barring that in mind, there is no error in the weapons size categories, or how they are handled. The FAQ really has no clout in the mater since the core rules state you are wrong pretty much any way you look at it. As I have said going on I believe the fith time, if you want to use the variant from the DM's guide in your games then what you want to do with monky grip would work otherwise core rules state that you cant.
