A friend and I have a bit of a debate over hunter at will powers. Can't find an answer though the search feature so just going to ask, Can the powers specifically rapid shot be used with the RBA granted by a leader enabling power such as direct the strike. 

As a GM i'm temped to rule yes actually since it says any RBA but the header of "standard action" leaves me unsure any response or point in the right direction would be greatly appreciated  

No.  You make a basic attack as the EFFECT of using Rapid Shot; you do not use Rapid Shot as the result of using a Ranged Basic Attack.

It would need to say that this power can be used as a melee basic attack in order to use it as such.
