Oh that's rich!
Those things are universal.
I bet I could go to Botswana or Tajikistan or Bangladesh and know if I'm looking at an ambulance or not.

I would think that anyone could note the official appearance of the vehicle. Not speaking English really isn't an excuse in this case.

Signs in the store's parking lot warn parking is for customers only and that the store will boot other vehicles.
Thus forcing the non-customer to remain parked in the lot so that a customer can't use that spot.
I'm sure that makes sense to someone.
