I don't think there's one specifically for a wereape (probably better than a monkey), but you could probably figure one out. Check out what sort of bonuses a tiger (for example) gives a weretiger, and then do that with an ape or dire ape. Another place to look for ideas would be the Ape Lord version of the Animal Lord (Complete Warrior).

I'm trying to come up with the stats for a weremonkey so I can make The Monkey King.
Monster manual 1: lycantrophy: To calculate the stats of the were creature -> always +2 wis in all form, in hibrid or animal form check the desired animal and take his atributes -10. Exemple: Lets say you want the XXX creature, this animal has str 16 con 14 dex 18, you would gain +6 str +4 con +8 dex in animal or hibrid form.

Dire APE!!?? That's just out of the question. It will be a monkey or it will be nothing. LOL. j/k A dire Monkey sounds like it could be fun. Lol.
What page is the Ape Lord & Animal Lord on? I can't find it. You are refering to the CW 3.5?
I'm gonna rip your head off and make it my puppet! (NWN 2)
I did a quick Google and found a post with this sentence:
"I'm running a 3.5e campaign with some friends and the druid in the group wants to multiclass as an animal lord from the complete adventurer (p22). The only problem is that his animal companion isn't one of the options given as a bonded animal in the class description. He is very fond of his bison..."
I can't confirm, as I don't have those books, but that's prolly the mis-reference.
Yeah, that would be it. It's in CAdv, not CW. I thought it was more of a fighting class (most people only use Ape or Bear Lord). Sorry.

Would the Monkey King really be a weremonkey? He's usually depicted as a powerful warrior with a lot of transformative powers, but I don't recall him having any specific ability to turn into a monkey (as opposed to just turning into a monkey with his general transformation abilities).
EDIT: The basic lycanthrope stuff is pretty useful for him, but using a regular monkey as the werecreature will make him kind of weak. Stat-wise, the baboon would be a good base, since it has decent ability modifiers and still only adds a single animal Hit Die (dire ape is naturally preferred if you're prepared to suck up the extra Hit Dice).

Zauber's Mutable Rod: This rod has a number of useful functions that make it easier to live in the wilderness. It is made of polished wood, with five studlike buttons on one end. Each button produces a different effect when pressed. Unless otherwise noted, the rod’s functions have no limit on the number of times they can be employed. • When button 1 is pressed, one end of the rod produces a small flame, equivalent to a candle. • When button 2 is pressed, the rod unfolds into a two-person tent, complete with bedrolls and warm blankets. • When button 3 is pressed, the rod becomes a one-handed hammer, suitable for pounding pitons into a wall. • When button 4 is pressed, the rod becomes a sturdy iron spade. • When button 5 is pressed, the rod becomes a wooden bucket able to hold 2 gallons of liquid. Once per day, it can be commanded to fill with fresh water. If the rod is seriously damaged or broken in any of its alternate forms (button 2, 3, 4, or 5), it reverts to its basic rod form and cannot be activated for 24 hours. Moderate conjuration; CL 9th; Craft Rod, minor creation; Price 375 gp; Weight 2 lb.
"a lot of transformative powers" ?? What can he transform into? I don't really know much about him except from the movie "The Forbidden Kingdom". It didn't show much of anything about him except that he's a kick ass martial artist.
