I play a Psion and our DM just awarded my PC an extra Power Point to spend as usual once per encounter. How can I get this to show up in my character sheet using the Character Builder?

I dont think the CB handles that. You will have to use a pencil i fear.

The online character builder doesn't do houserules. If you kept a copy of the old character builder on your machine, you should be able to make the change there, export the file, then import back into the online builder. It may be possible to alter the file by hand as well, if you know your way around html.
