Issue #208 of Dungeon magazine has been online for well over a week but none of the article links work. Is this typical?

Dungeon 208 has not been released yet. You are probably looking at the Table of Content for it. The links to its articles don't work because the magazine didn't go live yet.
EDIT Dungeon 208 has been released today. The magazine doesn't deploy correctly though, the DDi staff has been advised.
