I used to play mostly AD&D 2ed. It’s the system I know best and I’m still attached to my old 2ed characters.

I hear that, I still use old characters as npc's in the game I run. Join up with the group Panar, keep it coming 2ed gamers, simply announcing your a fan is enough to promote to others here that your up for joining a deeper conversation that could lead to games ect.

I cut my teeth on the box, but didn't get into the game until 2ed. Played it most my life. About 7 years ago I started playing 3.5, and have been playing it ever since. Not many people around where I live play anything older than 3ed.

Where I live we have a giant gaming community and they play mostly tsr d&d, Draven it all depends on where you're at. We have a massive gaming world where I am, insane amount of people game here but again mostly tsr d&d, lets not forget about rifts ect(pal games) and white wolf games.
Wotc pen and paper game is not liked by the majority of people where I am at, though many(of the few) who did play wotc here have turned mostly to pathfinder.
Lets ignore other games and focus on 2ed, this is not a debate thread for different editions, just for fans of 2ed period.
If your ending what you have to say with "all I play now is 3rd and won't play 2ed"(or something in that range) then this thread was not made for you, I don't wanna know who use to play 2ed, the idea is to find who still does or wants to. The idea is meeting up here by stating we are fans and then working out some possible games out of it.
Please wotc gamers don't force your thoughts and opinions on us, it would only mean that us 2ed gamers getting together to talk 2ed stuff upsets you. Leave us alone with the "All I play now is wotc and not many people play tsr ad&d anymore" comments. Use your own threads to discuss your games and what have you. To try and force yourself on this thread wouldn't prove that your just a troll, it would also prove your level of desperation is so high that you should be kept away from little children.

I live outside of Detroit Michigan. And the gamers here are not that well pronounced. I have played tons of games and all. But I will always be a 2ed fan.
