Actually, the best steak I've ever had was at a Ted's Montana Grill (I think that's the name, anyway) in Reston, VA. This is the place that asked me the best question ever when I ordered my steak. I ordered the cut I wanted, and the waitress returned "Would you like that as beef, or bison?" to which I replied "Oh, bison please."

BEST. STEAK. EVER.

This is why if I ever have a time machine, I'm going to go back to where people would shoot bison from the rail cars and leave them to die, and I'm taking rocket launchers with me. We'll see if they like it when the bison shoot back. And then we will eat them. Er....the bison. Not the people.

I've had buffalo before, but never an entire steak. Might have to try some.

Basically, it's beef, but leaner, and (at least the one I had) even more delicious. I need to get back down to that place and have that steak again I think.

I need to find one in Texas...

I've actually never tried that and now I will add this to my list,

Just wanted to add this since no one else has done it before.  But, fillet mignon is very often sold and cooked wrapped in bacon.  I'm very surprised that you haven't seen that before.

I've seen it before in supermarkets and restaurants, but I've never actually tried it before.  Ribeye is my steak of choice.  Although obviously fillet is the easiest to wrap in bacon, so I'll maybe give in and buy at least one to try that - or perhaps just wrap a ribeye in bacon... lol

I dunno about the ribeye. The marbling is a bit too much fat for me. I'm more of a strip guy

My diet consists of grains, vegetables,  and nuts, but if there's meat on the table I'll eat it.

Meat is fine, but don't forget your vegetables. Also, make sure to eat carbohydrates. If you don't get enough carbohydrates, your body converts protein into carbohydrates leaving ammonia in your body as a byproduct.

It seriously depends on what kinds of fats you intake. You shouldn't eat butter or margarine, to be honest. Oils are usually good for you in moderation.

Remember to drink plenty of water and exercise regularly or else it won't matter what you eat.

The restaurant my friend works at has some nice veel.

You know that saturated fat that everyone says is horrible for you and will cause arteriosclerosis?  Turns out, it's actually extremely healthy.  And those polyunsaturated fats like margarine that are supposed to be really healthy?  Turns out they're the very opposite.

Artificial == Worse... any tree hugger will tell you that. It just turns out his time they were correct.

Try to add a bit more Omega 3 to your diet - that should help you with your alzheimers.

I like to bathe my cows in antibiotics and hormones both prior to slaughter and after.  However I also give fully body massages to my cows whilst humming my muzak renditions of "F--- the Police" and "Straight outta Compton."  So I think it balances out.
