I noticed the Werewolf can cause this condition. Maybe I'm wrong, but I didn't see that curse in the playtest.
Regardless, I think it's great that Lycanthropy has returned to being a curse.

You are right, it isn´t in the last download.
I suggest sickness, supernatural curses, fatal injuries and poisons should be like templates, challenges like monsters, traps or harzads from nature with separated block and exclusive XPs value.
For example:
Jackalwere scout= 250 XP
Jackalwere scout with rage infection = 250 + 50 XP (Those extra 50 XPs if the infection has been avoided, healed or only survived all that time with the CON penalty).
Jackalwere scout with lycantropy curse = 250 + 150 XP

He drives crazy, because he is possesed by feral demon, but don´t worry about shaving, your PC will not become a furry..
