What is your goal here? To be a striker as a Sentinel? What kind of feedback are you looking for?
I love druids, but Combined Attack is just not good. The best thing you can do with a Sentinel is to hybrid it to unlock real druid powers instead of the really lame melee weapon attacks Sentinels get by default.

Was trying to figure out the best way to exploit the werewolf theme in the striker role. Saw that I was able to stack multiple damage boosters this way (executioner MC+ Dailies, Druid PP, Claw gloves, secondary hit from pet) Probably would be better to look at a melee ranger though.

Best way to exploit werewolf theme is not on one of the worst classes in the game. Any melee striker will use them the best.

Ranger, rogue, BB battlemind, fighter, barbarian. Look for multi-attackers and stack werewolf+claw gloves+vulnerability exploitation on the already good chassis. Don't play a sentinel. Ever.
