Um, so you're charging, stopping short of the target, and throwing something, and getting a charge bonus for it?
Thunderous Throw or not, I'm pretty sure the benefits of the charge don't accrue to throwing weapons...and I'm fresh out of understanding how you're getting 20' of space every round or every other round to do this while making full attacks. Can you explain how you're setting this up? Preferably without run on sentences. Break it down...and explain to me why the enemy is constantly letting you exploit the grid for 20' charges without forcing you to spend extra move.

With a charge you only have to end up in a square in which you can hit the guy, and the bonuses apply to his attacks because of bloodstormblade.

Wrong. Charging rules state "the CLOSEST square".

the closest space from which you can attack the opponent
The way it reads to me says that relative to where you are standing you must move to the closest space you can hit the target. Meaning if the closest space that you can hit the target is still 20 feet away from the target, it still constitutes a charge.

That's true, but if you can draw a 15' line between the attacking character and the target, and that is the shortest line, it must be taken.

Or, in this case, he wants to make 30' charges to stay 20' away from the target... when the shortest straight line to a square from which he can attack the target is 10' straight ahead.
And this is before covering rule ambiguities between charges requiring a "melee attack" and the BSB allowing you to "treat a ranged attack as a melee attack" that still suffers from range penalties.
