Batman'll kill an alien or animal all-day-long if necessary. Humans are what matter to him.

Then he's Evil. Problem solved.

More to the point though, there are so many different Batmen that this is a useless discussion.

So uh...still waiting on a response to your bold claim about Batman's status with the law.

I'm on a journey of enlightenment, learning and self-improvement. A journey towards mastery. A journey that will never end.

If you challenge me, prepare to be challenged.  If you have something to offer as a fellow student, I will accept it. If you call yourself a master, prepare to be humbled. If you seek me, look to the path. I will be traveling it. #SuperDungeonMasterIITurbo

Truly spoken like someone that has no ability or inclination to contribute. Well done.

Care to refute any of the actual claims?

Trying to apply the concept of alignment to Batman, as with any other ethically complex and well-realized character, is a fool's errand. That sentence is a larger contribution to the forum than anything you've said here.

Personal attack.

I feel I've illustrated fairly well how Batman falls into the category of Lawful Good based on Batman's history and most consistent characterizations along with the definitions of Lawful Good used by multiple editions of D&D.

That you disagree is well and good. That you disagree without any sort of effort at refuting it makes your statement vapid.
