So, whats the range of preforming a feint? is it melee or just vision?

 In 4E, there are two uses for the Bluff skill in combat - to feint and to create a diversion to hide. Feinting to gain combat advantage over an opponent must be done to an adjacent enemy. Creating a diversion to hide can be used against anyone who can see you.

Its written in the Opposed Check line:

Gain Combat Advantage
Make a Bluff check to gain combat advantage against an enemy by feinting.
 Action: Standard action. A creature can take this action only once per encounter.
 Opposed Check: Against an adjacent target’s passive Insight.
 Success: The feinting creature gains combat advantage against the target until the end of the feinting creature’s next turn.
