Hey, everybody.

I just moved to university, and some of my housemates want to play DND (most have never played before). i was gunna start with a slightly modified 5e, but one of them is adamant about playing Accelerator from the anime Toaru Majutsu no Index, which i think would be impossible at this moment, so we'll be playing 3.5 instead. i have no idea even how to attempt to start to make and 'Accelerator class' so i am asking for your help.

we'll be starting at level one, and going until i don't know how long.
