I am currently in the Scales of War Adventure Path and have hit a bit of a snag. I have a ranged ranger who just hit 20th and despite working for a while, can't decide on my ED. First some background.
Race: Elf
Theme: Sarifal Feywarden
Background: Auspicious Birth
Paragon Path: Battlefield Archer
Feats: Bow Focus, Expertise, Greatbow proficiency, Hobbling Strike, Vicious Advantage, Improved Initiative, Hunter's Advantage, Called Shot, Lasting Frost, Icy Heart, Wintertouched, Superior Will
Items: Frost Great Bow, Gloves of Ice, Bracers of Archery, Battle Harness Armor, Diamond Cincture, Coif of Mindiron, Winged Boots, Frost Dagger (in case I get forced into melee somehow), and a few potions of vitality and an epic elixir of flying)
Any other info needed, just ask
So here's what I've been considering for my ED. I'm leaning Winter Sovereign, Destined Scion, or Keeper of the Everflow. Of course part of me looks at Eternal Seeker with an "eh, maybe" attitude as well just because of the versatility. Any advice is appreciated, thanks.

Since everything there looks like the stock archer ranger (except the Theme. You do a lot of point-blank shooting I assume?) the default suggestion would be Destined Scion.

Theme's also stock, tbh. The only weird bit is that he also kept lasting frost despite having SFW.

Eh with Scales of War and all the dragons we fight I found Lasting Frost worth it just for the sake of keeping cold vulnerablility for those dragons who just refuse to stay in my zone.

Lasting Frost is still quite useful for when you can't actually or don't want to be within 2 of your opponents(even if you're still the closest to the target) or are action constrained.
