Is there a list anywhere of feats which count as others for the purposes of meeting prereqs?
So far we have:
Combat Reflexes - Evasive Reflexes [ToB]
Dodge - Desert Wind Dodge [ToB], Expeditious Dodge [RotW], Mightnight Dodge [MoI]
Endurance: Kobold Endurance [RotD?]
Power Attack - Stone Power [ToB]
Psionic Meditation [XPH] - Instant Clarity [ToB]
Toughness - Azure Toughness [MoI]
Weapon Finesse - Shadow Blade [ToB]
And maybe one or two more. I always think that the Cerulean feats from MoI count as Iron Will/Great Fort/Lightning Ref but alas they don't. Just wondering if there were any more, it'd often be handy to know.
EDIT: Updated the list. Seems interesting to note how many of these come from ToB, or MoI. Signifies something of a shift in philosophy, I think.

Would improved toughness count as toughness, or wouldn't it because it is up to dm fiat

It wouldn't (though many DMs would allow it to, I think) since it doesn't actually say so.

Expeditious Dodge from Races of the Wild can also be used in place of Dodge.

I've formalized this in my own campaign by designating the existing feats of this type as "substitute" feats (and adding some, including Improved Toughness and a few of my homebrew feats). The official feat substitutions of which I'm aware are:
Combat Reflexes: Evasive Reflexes

Zauber's Mutable Rod: This rod has a number of useful functions that make it easier to live in the wilderness. It is made of polished wood, with five studlike buttons on one end. Each button produces a different effect when pressed. Unless otherwise noted, the rod’s functions have no limit on the number of times they can be employed.
• When button 1 is pressed, one end of the rod produces a small flame, equivalent to a candle.
• When button 2 is pressed, the rod unfolds into a two-person tent, complete with bedrolls and warm blankets.
• When button 3 is pressed, the rod becomes a one-handed hammer, suitable for pounding pitons into a wall.
• When button 4 is pressed, the rod becomes a sturdy iron spade.
• When button 5 is pressed, the rod becomes a wooden bucket able to hold 2 gallons of liquid. Once per day, it can be commanded to fill with fresh water.
If the rod is seriously damaged or broken in any of its alternate forms (button 2, 3, 4, or 5), it reverts to its basic rod form and cannot be activated for 24 hours.

Oriental Adventures ... has a small pile
of feats and class features that "count as".
I haven't had access to Dr#318 for a long time,
so idk wtf the OA updates have changed.
