For some reason, I can't type anything in the Character Builder. I am on a Mac, so I'm wondering if there's anything I can do to fix it.

I've experienced this problem as well. The only solution I've found is to completely restart the browser. And that doesn't always work anyway. I think it is a silverlight issue, but I can't say for sure.

I've had this problem for a long time. I would have asked WotC already, but their website is so awful that I can never finish the procedure to submit a question. Also, because this is only the 3rd post on this topic, they aren't going to pay attention. Maybe if I put this they will:

Wow. My experience with 4th edition and it's online support has been terrible. I'm gonna go play Pathfinder and stop spending money on Wizards of the Coast's games.

(kinda true actually. I am starting a Pathfinder game.)

It's ****ing Chrome. That took SOOO much longer than it should have. ugh
