 6-yr-old kicks 220-lb former college tailback's butt...

Well, actually, he kicked the guy in the leg, but still...

It’s sad that teachers like Mr. Webster are not offered protection...

Really? They need protection from a 6 year old? How pathetic are these people?

This is why guns in school are needed. Plus a stand your playground law. And cops. Lots of cops in every class.

Now if parents wouldn't cry about their kids getting smack by a teacher every once in a while.

That reminds me of a joke...

What's the difference between a school and a prison?

The prisoners have more rights...Smile

Watch: "War on Kids" documentary for more info...

You treat people like prisoners they will act like prisoners. There was an experiment where a bunch of college students broke into two groups guards and prisoners. They lived at a prison and did everything a prison did. They psychologically took on the roles they were given and by the end the guards were beating the prisoners and treating them like they had done actual crimes. There was a movie based on the study.

Now if we treat our school children like prisoners, and treating people like prisoners make them act like prisoners, what happens to our children?

You have no clue what that study was about, do you?

I'm tempted to, but I get the feeling your understanding will be about even with your understanding of autism.

And what's my understanding of autism?

I think you are making a lot of assumptions...Smile

Not at all. We've seen your take on autism in the group discussions. If you'd like, we can have that conversation there. You seem to attrack unsavory characters and things happen to discussions you are involved in out here.
