When using the warden attack 5 rampant forest, it says the target space and each square adjacent to it become a zone of difficult terrain for your enemies until the end of the encounter.
The question is when this hits the spaces adjacent to the enemy becomes difficult but when he moves does the difficult terrain move with him with him or just stay where he was. ?

The target's space at the time of the attack and all squares surrounding it become difficult terrain. Even if the target later moves out of that space, the difficult terrain stays where it is.
