so character makes a save at end of his turn. monster has a immediate reaction that gives monster an attack on a failed save. character has an immediate inturpt to attack monster if attacked.
so does the character get it or is it still that characters turn?

The end of your turn is still your turn. No immediates.

A different character, on the other hand, can use an immediate.
Interesting Monster ability though.
