As you can see from the following list, it's been a long time since our last Monster Manual update. I had really hoped this series would continue because I found it quite useful to have to date versions of important monsters. Does anyone know if there's plans to continue with the updates?

The current edition is BECMI, the most popular form of Basic D&D and the adventure is the classic Red Box quest to kill Bargle the evil magic user. Check it out, learn about the games roots, and enjoy the story as it unfolds.

Monster Manual Updates was a serie of monthly article made by a freelance game designer (Logan Bonner) that was last published in January 2012. Personally i doubt they'll continuing it but wish they would for i liked what good it was doing to the game.

Yeah, I always REALLY liked Logan's stuff. This was a great series that was quite useful. There are still quite a few older monsters that never got MM3 grade updates, including a considerable number of the elder versions of dragons and a few other major iconic beasties.
