(More than as an example of what is this team's best taskmaster role: For this campaign, this level 8 team could benefit from a second ranged striker with better than average or higher AC and is a functional healer.)

Underlined = First player rule: These players controls team role positions and are protected from been bumped from game by players with lower numbered priority claims.
Only the player can withdraw his/her PC from this team role his/her PC is assigned to.
This assigning is done by the first come rule base by that particular recruitment thread and has standing over any efforts to create a balance team even though a balance team is preferred and aggressively sought.

* = This Player's Candidate holds priority claim to this role pending completion of the PC's character Summary (Remember once the sixth role is fulfilled by a completed summary the game starts and afterwards all other pending summaries become alternatives upon their's completion. The key here to avoid a pending status is to fulfilled an available role for the team with your Player's Character's [PC] summary showing a chosen array for the PC's starting abilities scores that adds up together equaling a sum of 80.)

Our adventurer in training Cantaris didn't answered the roll call and we picked up have a seventh and eighth candidate so If the past players with a priority passes doesn't make a claim before we done here on this thread I will accommodated a seventh!!!

Will someone please explained to Elemint why his submission isn't a controller?

Will someone explained to me why Allgame1's submission isn't a striker?

Damngrim and nerraDetrok both of you can heal which is great but only one of the players can have that leader role position while the other will be free to make any adjustments to his/her PC submission that suits what team really needs at this point so I must ask...

Damngrim? and nerraDetrok? Can both of you explained to me and to your team why Elemint isn't getting the leader role position? (This will my last comment on this leader role subject.)

So will you team players settled this here before we move on (As it is now Danmgrim has a deathgrip on that position while the team can use a little more controller role prowess from anywhere they can afford making an adjustment toward this goal.)

I'll gladly give up the leader role/position.  The character is built more as a Defender than as a Leader anyway.  Looking it over again, I don't have a lot of heals to throw out.  That's because we already had a Leader and didn't think I really needed to make an off-healer.
The pacifist healer really should have the Main healer role.

We have 3 characters with good basic attacks- Hexblade, (Barbarian)/Seeker and Hunter, and the 2 defenders should be fine with regular MBA's. 

If you want, I could try to make a Sorceror for ranged striker with a touch of control.  Let me know, it wouldn't take long, I already have the concept in my head.
