Does anybody know why the character builder won't let me equip a longbow on a pixie? Thanks!

Because you use the rules for small characters for weapons, and small characters can't use longbows.
Another day, another three or four entries to my Ignore List.

Because pixies follow the rules for wielding weapons like Small characters. They cannot use two-handed weapons that do not have the Small keyword. The longbow does not have Small and even using Shrink, it will not do so. Thus, a pixie character cannot use longbows.

Ah, gotcha. Thank you! Do you know if there's any feats/magic weapons/items or anything that would allow a pixie to use regular size weapon?

No. There is no way in the game for a pixie to gain the ability to use a longbow within the rules.

I am virtually certain there is no way for a Pixie to use any weapon that doesn't fit in one of these three categories:
a) strictly one-handed weapons
b) versatile weapons (used two-handed but without the damage bonus)
c) two-handed weapons with the Small keyword
