Fail on my part. You would use Bard of All Trades if you MC Bard, not Jack.  Time to brew another pot of coffee.

For the every stat to damage:

Rogue|Avenger/Lyrander Wind Rider/ Radiant One

Sly Flourish with a Lightning Weapon and CA

2[W]+Dex+Cha(Sly Flourish)+Con(Lyrander Wind Rider)+Int(Radiant One)+Wis(Painful Oath)+Str(Sneak Attack)

Requires CA, but thats about as at-will as I can think of

Painful Oath is a good call, I couldn't think of an easy way to add Wis. Is only one/round though.

Ok, think i caught up.  And found a few more "highest X" things.

@Qwyksilver, you want to flesh out your skill build so i can link to it?

my builds Show

F-111 Interdictor Long (200+ squares) distance ally teleporter.  With some warlord stuff.  Broken in a plot way, not a power way.
Thought Switch   Higher level build that grants upto 14 attacks on turn 1.  If your allies play along, it's broken.
Elven Critters Crit op with crit generation.  5 of these will end anything.  Broken.
King Fisher Does an excellent job at keeping an enemy disabled in a few ways.  Strong.
Boominator Fun catch-22 booming blade build with either strong or completely broken damage depending on your reading.
Very Distracting Warlock Lot's of dazing and major penalties to hit.  Overpowered.
Pocket Protector Pixie Stealth Knight. Maximizing the defender's aura by being in an ally's/enemy's square.
Yakuza NinjIntimiAdin: Perma-stealth Striker that offers a little protection for ally's, and can intimidate bloodied enemies. Very Strong.
Chargeburgler with cheese Ranged attacks at the end of a charge along with perma-stealth. Solid, could be overpowered if tweaked.
Void Defender Defends giving a penalty to hit anyone but him, then removing himself from play. Can get somewhat broken in epic.
Scry and Die Attacking from around corners, while staying hidden. Moderate to broken, depending on the situation.
Skimisher Fly in, attack, and fly away. Also prevents enemies from coming close. Moderate to Broken depending on the enemy, but shouldn't make the game un-fun, as the rest of your team is at risk, and you have enough weaknesses.
Indestructible Simply won't die, even if you sleep though combat.
Sir Robin (Bravely Charge Away) He automatically slows and pushes an enemy (5 squares), while charging away. Hard to rate it's power level, since it's terrain dependent.
Death's Gatekeeper A fun twist on a healic, making your party "unkillable". Overpowered to Broken, but shouldn't actually make the game un-fun, just TPK proof.
Death's Gatekeeper mk2, (Stealth Edition) Make your party "unkillable", and you hidden, while doing solid damage. Stronger then the above, but also easier for a DM to shut down. Broken, until your DM get's enough of it.
Domination and Death Dominate everything then kill them quickly. Only works @ 30, but is broken multiple ways.
Battlemind Mc Prone-Daze Protecting your allies by keeping enemies away. Quite powerful.
The Retaliator Getting hit deals more damage to the enemy then you receive yourself, and you can take plenty of hits. Heavy item dependency, Broken.
Dead Kobold Transit Teleports 98 squares a turn, and can bring someone along for the ride. Not fully built, so i can't judge the power
Psilent Guardian Protect your allies, while being invisible. Overpowered, possibly broken
Unnamed Avenger|Runepriest/Hammer of Vengance Do lot's of damage while boosting your teams. Strong to slightly overpowered.
Charedent BarrageA charging ardent. Fine in a normal team, overpowered if there are 2 together, and easily broken in teams of 5.
Super Knight A tough, sticky, high damage knight. Strong.
Super Duper Knight Basically the same as super knight, only far more broken.
Mora, the unkillable avenger Solid damage, while being neigh indestuctable. Overpowered, but not broken.
Swordburst Maximus At-Will Close Burst 3 that slide and prones.  Protects allies with off actions. Strong, possibly over powered with the right party.

This thread is fun. One thing I noticed while skimming through though: MonkeyGentleman's threatening reach build doesn't quite work (Mand outlined the RAW problems in the very next post). It's "only" threatening reach 8.
I am okay with you saying my argument is stupid, or commits the munchkin fallacy, or any other bad thing you want. Particularly if you give a reason/explanation for it.

However, I will ignore any post that calls me stupid, or a munchkin, or what have you. Not because it bothers me; I've just found that people only start name-calling when that's the best argument they have left.

What is the maximum number of different class's powers that a single character build could possess over the entirity of her career?

If there are 38 classes, you should be able to reach that with retraining (29 retrainings + 3 encounter, 3 daily, 5 utility = 40 total powers)

I'm guessing something like Half-Elf Bard|X/Y/Paragon Multiclass/Eternal Seeker, but I'm at a loss of how to complete it.  Combat Virtuoso seems good.

This gives you 3 more powers (with Versatile Master), but for most of heroic you will be just retraining your Versatile At-Will.

So by level 10 you have only 3 classes worth of powers...  Except, you could take a specialized class for X and Y (like Cavalier), which would allow you to pick up powers from both base (Paladin) and specialized class.  So that would be 6 classes in Heroic (Bard, Half-Elf, X*2, and Y*2).  So that would be 29 retrainings + 6 heroic + 3 paragon + ES (2 daily, 2 encounter, 1 utility) = 43?

It's even better if you can find some justification for each of the retrains.

Thoughts?

I had a thread discussing that a while back, but I'm not having much luck searching for it. I think I ended up with something like a hybrid Fighter|Warlock using Draconic Arrogance (STR) + Hewing Charge (CON) + Eldritch Strike (CHA) + Son of Mercy (WIS) + Cursed Spells (INT), missing only DEX. This assumes you are charging with Eldtrich Strike and a two-handed weapon against a cursed target affected by Lawbreaker's Doom, and you have a way of triggering Draconic Arrogance (Flail Expertise, probably). The loss of DEX is unfortunate, though.

Now that I think about it, instead of Son of Mercy, you could use Slashing Storm to get WIS, and you could PMC Sorcerer to get Sorcerous Power to apply DEX to Eldritch Strike. Unfortunately, the WIS happens on the opponent's turn, not your turn, but it's pretty close.

Sly Flourish is Dex+Cha+Str(Brutal)+Int(Radiant One)+Wis(Son of Mercy)+Con(Crippling Crush)
I had a way for Eldritch Blast ... Cha+Int+Str(DA)+Wis(Morninglord?)+Dex(Primal Eye)+Con?

Hmm, lets see...If you're a Dragonborn Sorc|Fighter, you can helf poach it for Cha+Dex+Str+Int, and then MC Seeker for the Dex, and get Con from Lyrandar.

Sly Flourish specifies a light blade, crossbow, or sling. Crippling Crush specifies using a hammer or a mace. You want Brutal for STR, so using Ruthless Ruffian won't get around the limit (and Sly Flourish isn't Rattling, so no dice there). Am I missing something, or do we need another tactic?
