My LFR group already calls my rebreather Lightning Vomit.  He doesn't care though, because I RP him as crazy :p

The Rebreather I play is named Swerki Loshi, although everyone calls him sparky.  He has an extreme oral fixation and a taste for the eclectic.  My DM has allowed me to strap my MH / OH to either side of my face and every spell I do comes from my mouth.  He talks about how his friends complete hi...... s circuit.

The Warforged has talked at length about mounting me on his shoulder like a Predator-style lazor cannon.

Thats awesome, my rebreather's main personality goes by Sparky as well!

Assuming you've got everything in place, thundering breath, draconic arrogance, and lightning soul as feats for 11 and 12, what would you say the priority is for 14?  Is superior implement even on the map here?  War wizardry?  Im assuming that by 14 you have the scepter and dragonborn ring.

Is there some kind of summon/item with high survivability, that one can place in breath's blast area instead of an PC ally, when i want to rebreath even if im alone or the rest of the party is somewhere else on the battlefield? There are those figurine'S like Electrum Serpent and Coral Dragon for example. Is there something like that thats available even by mid heroic and in best case available every encounter?

You do understand that such would kill the the application of Nusemnees Atonement, and as such make rebreathing much more difficult to achieve, nevermind guarantee ?

The short answer is: No.

The slightly longer answer is: You can technically drop Sensate for FBT but that is a terrible plan.

The long answer is: Why are you fighting away from your party in the first place?  You should be fighting with them if you are operating in a vaguely optimized way.  If you are finding a lot of situations where what you are attacking and what your party is attacking are completely dissimilar than you all need to have a group talk about focus firing.

Another question: Ninefold Master adds the Implement keyword to Dragon Breath in the builder. The L11 feature states that your DB is an Arcane power and you can apply the enhancement bonus of an implement you can use for arcane power (which your Dragon Breath now is) to the damage of Dragon Breath. Now, which one is correct:

a) As a Ninefold Master, you can use an Implement to attack with Dragon Breath, but only apply it's enhancement bonus to damage.
b) As a Ninefold Master, you still can't use an Implement to attack with Dragon Breath, but you do get to apply an Implement's enhancement bonus to DB's damage.

b is correct.

There is no way to get the implement keyword on your Dbreath.  The Cbuilder is just dumb.

If it could get the implement keyword there are so many ridiculous things that could work with it. But it never does.

Gods, if it could get the Implement keyword... that'd be another +1/+15 in hit/damage right away. Not to mention the other stuff you could pile on top. Opportunity Breath would work with Polearm Gamble, Tactical Warpriest.... neither of those actually sounds good, mind you, but it'd mean you didn't have to jump through a bunch of silly hoops, which would free up resources for exploring stuff that would work.
