I'm liking this build a lot, one of my favourites so far. Problem is these are meant to spur discussion, but they're already complete, it makes it a little difficult to discuss.
My votes go to Psycarnum Warrior... I really want to see that. And I suppose Dreamblade, but if I can chuck two votes at Psycarnum instead I'll stick with that :D
Complete is not the same as immutible, as well there have been at least a handful of builds that have come up as a result of showing these. Alternative uses for some of the tricks used within them.
A possible point of discussion would be alternate spell choices. This is a sorceror build, after all.

I can't see how you can sneak attack with your ray spell at more than 60 feats like in you exemple against the nightcrawler.
How do you manage that?!?
Sniper's Shot spell. You learn it at level 4.
