In the recent CB update, the feat "Forest Father’s Fangs" from Dragon 412 does not seem to be scaling with tier when calculating power damage.

Example:  I have an epic-level druid with this feat, instead of +4 feat bonus to damage on beast form attack powers, I'm only at a +2 feat bonus.  The feat bonus source is listed as this feat, so it's recognizing that I have taken the feat, but did not adjust for tier.
