It's going to get 69MPG at 200MPH?

If the car weighs like 2,000 lbs it is possible. Possible to get 69 mpg. It won't get that at 200 obviously, due to how hard the engine will be running at that point, aerodynamic drag, gear ratios and other factors.

It says it'll go 2000 miles on a tank of gas at 70mph. Assuming that it can get 69mpg at that speed, that means it has a ~29 gallon tank. Diesel weighs about 7.1 pounds per gallon, so just the weight for fuel would be ~500 lbs.
