Switch to Forum Live View can't download the new update

Anyone else having problems getting the update to the 2nd packet?  I got the one dated 81312 just fine.  When I try to get 82112 it tells me that I need to sign up again.  When I try to sign up again it tells me that I can't.

Well first off the latest packet is 81712. Go to the sign up page and at the bottom right there is a tiny link that allows you to log in...
