can some one seggust dwarf races to use
im takign mineral warior and have one la to use so a +1 dwarf or a +0 dwarf with a template like dragonborn

Another option would be the Eneko (Emeko?) from Secrets of Sarlona. +1 LA, +2 Str, +2 Con, -2 Dex, Powerful Build.

In that case, how about a Duergar? Or better yet, a Psionic Duergar? Expansion will come in handy, I'm sure.

Turns out it has to be 0 la so what dwarf sub race would you recomend defenceive things r good cha penaltys are not
