I can never quite find any monsters that would fit, fighting alongside the gibbering monsters, partly due to the fact that the gibbering's gibbering power dazes all non defeaned creatures in a burst 5, which could seriously undermine its allies. Of course, I'm looking for monsters that are deaf, and, of course, as a DM I could make any monster deaf (and I usually have deaf foulspawn fighting alongside it), but, independent from that fact, what deaf (or, other) monsters would fit, fighting alongside the gibbering monsters? Thanks

On the flip side you could just make it so abberant creatures arent effected by the gibbering creature's gibbering.
I mean, whispering of dark truths and eldritch stuff is like talking about the weather for aberant creatures.

Yeah, this. Aberrants really shouldn't be affected by the 'madness-inducing' powers of other aberrants.

By that same token, Slaad's are so messed up in the head they also might not care.

The gibbering mouther is an INT 4 creature. I wouldn't generally have it "with" anything unless you find a creature that is keeping the mouther as a pet. For this, consider the Eye of Shadow (or one of the the slightly higher level beholder variants).
Or consider having the party come across a mouther (or two) devouring its prey (a troll or two). When the mouther(s) turns attention to new food (the party), the troll has time to do its regeneration thing. It waits until the party has finished off the mouther before making its move -- perhaps waiting until the party has begun (but not completed) a short rest!
Here are the PHB essentia, in my opinion: - Three Basic Rules (p 11)
- Power Types and Usage (p 54)
- Skills (p178-179)
- Feats (p 192)
- Rest and Recovery (p 263)
- All of Chapter 9 [Combat] (p 264-295)
A player needs to read the sections for building his or her character -- race, class, powers, feats, equipment, etc. But those are PC-specific. The above list is for everyone, regardless of the race or class or build or concept they are playing.

Well 2 of the 3 main gibberers are just standard monsters, thus, I don't want to make things too easy. But I get your point, which is why when I do have creatures with it, they are not really "with it," but are kind of just around the periphery using it as a defense or offense, but I like your idea about the trolls and such. Thanks.

why not embrace the deafness? im thinking of some cultists who are such enamored, dedicated followers of the mouthers that they have dug out their own eardrums with pointed sticks. if the pcs try to communicate with them, just have them go "huh?", "what?", laughing a sick laugh while cupping their hands to their bloody ears.

You can always houserule that it doesn't affect it's own allies. I mean, the people that have been working with it, taking care of it, etc. would surely be at least a little resistant to that nuisance noise. Maybe give them a saving throw when they start their turn: on a save, they aren't affected by the gibbering.
