====== End ======

Warlocks channel arcane might wrested from primeval entities. They commune with infernal intelligences and fey spirits, scour enemies with potent blasts of eldritch power, and bedevil foes with hexing curses. Armed with esoteric secrets and dangerous lore, warlocks are clever and resourceful foes.

However you came to your arcane knowledge, you need not accept the poor reputation warlocks sometimes endure. You could be a libram-toting scholar captivated by ominous lore, a foot-loose wanderer searching for elusive ultimate truths, a devil-touched hunter using infernal spells to eliminate evil, or even a black-clad mercenary who uses sinister trappings to discourage prying strangers and unwanted attention. On the other hand, you could be a true diabolist using your gifts to tyrannize the weak—some warlocks unfortunately are exactly that.

The pacts are complete. The rites have concluded. The signs are drawn in blood, and the seals are broken. Your destiny beckons.

Bonuses of the same type don't stack. Weapon Focus and Implement Focus both provide a "feat bonus to damage rolls."  You get the higher of the two, not both.  Same goes for the Expertise feats.  Rod Expertise, Implement Expertise, and Weapon Expertise are all redundant.

For hexblades specifically, you should pick the Implement versions of all of those, though, since even your weapon attacks also use your implement.

Why not take War Wizard's or White Lotus Expertise? They provide the attack bonus to both weapon and implement attacks.

The best expertise depends on what you are going to use for your implement.

-Staff expertise gives you reach so you can hit targets up to 2 squares away, 3 squares if you are gloom pact.
-Rod expertise gives you a bonus to AC/Ref.
-Ki Focus expertise gives bonus damage vs bloodied creatures.
-Light blade expertise gives you bonus damage if you have CA (though this requires you to use a weapliment).

Edit:  War wizards does not help much because most of your attacks are not going to be hitting your allies and white lotus does not give you a bonus other than the bonus to attack.  Every other implement bonus gives you some extra benefit.

War Wizards also does nothing for Hexblades, unless you spend a feat to get proficiency in light/heavy blades as implements, which you don't have out of the box.

So default to Rod Expertise, because it gives you a defensive bonus.

White Lotus Riposte and Master Riposte can increase your damage by a good amount. And Starfire Womb is a must have in Paragon, to get rid of annoying status effects. I would also delay Armor Specialization to get Improved Defenses.

Everyone else has already talked about your feats, so I'll mention your powers.

First, you might want to consider decreasing your CHA to 18 post-racial and upping your DEX. I know the boost to attack and everything is nice, but I really don't think it's worth it unless you're playing a race where your Primary stat covers your AC as well, like a Rogue or Wizard. Just a suggestion.

Next, consider swapping Hellfire Blast for Crown of Stars. As a White Well Hexblade, you're all about radiant damage & vulnerability. This gives you a decent attack, followed by a minor action radiant attack every round, which is pretty awesome for you.

Emerald Shield isn't a bad power at Level 5, but if you already have Rod Expertise it's not QUITE as awesome, since it's shield bonus doesn't stack, AFAIK.

At 10, you'd probably want Ethereal Sidestep over Spined Devil's Boon. It fits better thematically, and given that you're already trying to enhance your teleporting with Eladrin Ring Mail, having an at-will teleport can be really freakin' amazing.

Also, just curious: why are you taking an Ashen Rod? Your focus should be on Radiant enhancement, since your at-will and encounters all use it. I'd either take a Defiant Rod, or the old humdrum stand-by Accurate Rod.

With those superfluous feats out of the way, pick up Arcane Implement Proficiency: Heavy Blades (or MC: Swordmage) and then get Dual Implement Spellcaster. I agree with the Armor Spec., wait. You might also consider freeing a feat by sticking with Hide.

I actually recommend going to superior implement-dragontooth wand instead of sticking with rod.  Because it would increase the accuracy of both eldritch bold and moonfire blade (as well as deadly property)
