Hey again, so I was trying to email customer support a question earlier, but it won't let me email them. It keeps telling me that my account information is wrong. I have triple-checked to make sure the email address and the password are correct, yet everytime I try to log in it tells me that they can't log in with that email/password combination.
I tried making a new account, but it keeps asking me for a parent/guardian email (I'm 24 btw, and made sure I put the correct DOB in the form).
Has anyone had this happen to them?
Mods, please feel free to move this is need be.

This sounds like you have run across a glitch that sometimes pops up when trying to contact WotC Customer Service at wizards.custhelp.com/. WotC is aware of it but, as of yet, have not been able to determine what causes it, nor is it something that they can simply fix on every body. First, a couple of things to try: 1 - Log out of your DDI account, as well as any other related WotC accounts. 2 - Clear your cache, history and temporary internet files. 3 - Close *all* of your browser windows. 4 - Start up and log back in. If that doesn't work, I would suggest going to the thread here. Read the first post, and then post in the thread following the instructions. You should have someone get back to you in a couple of days in the thread, so pay attention to the thread. Hope this helps!

I don't think it's a bug
