What is the thought on Barbarian Utility 10 re: Barbaric Instinct vs. Surge of Fury?

Of the two named, I'd go with Surge of Fury because it helps with Domination as well.
There are a number of good-to-great skill powers at 10.
Prescient Defense is a mini-Shield.
Enter the Crucible is absolutely huge, resist all 10 and immune to weaken for 1 encounter/day, at the cost of 1 surge.
This is CharOp. We not only assume block-of-tofu monsters, but also block-of-tofu DMs.
One reach cheese'd threatening reach Spiked Chain shuts down any non-teleporting quarterback.
You're already refluffing, what not refluff to something that doesn't suck?
